To find the first key card for the supernatural life research facility, you must simply wait for the scene at the first locked door you find in the facility.
To find the second one you will have to head to the second floor of the Museum Ruins section > head behind a door through which you will have to teleport using Luka's SAS Teleport ability until you hit a floating gold cube in the middle of the room past the door. With this card, you will be able to pass through the locked door with a yellow "II" on it, in front of Satori's store.
After passing through the previous door, to find the third card you will have to advance along the path to the right, until you reach a narrow corridor that generates others that you will have to eliminate, then use Luka's teleportation to go through a door and find the third card.
Go back and go through the locked door with a red "III" on it on the second floor.
For the last card you will have to look in the corner of the room on the left side after going through the red "III" door, here you will find some others that you must eliminate to get the final card to use to go through the last door and complete the supernatural life research facility.
