If you are wondering how to solve the sundial puzzle in Sable, the first thing you need to do is head to the outskirts of the upper level of "The Watch" to find three arches, each one has a small mechanism underneath with two directional switches, with which you will be able to move ball-shaped objects on the large sundial, which is located right in the middle of the room towards the rings. This will allow the arc to light up blue, indicating that it is in the correct position.
