Press where it says "Create VIP server", to access the creation options that will allow you to give your server a name, in addition to having to accept the subscription agreement.
The price of the VIP server seems to be 200 Robux on average, but it can vary depending on the developers.Your server can host up to 50 players at a time which you can invite using the link that appears in the Server Configuration menu.
