For this the first thing you have to do is to press Left on the D-Pad on the controller, to access an action wheel, where you will find the creative mode on the right side. Here you will be able to create your routes to add to the Custom Events list as long as the run lasts at least about 30 seconds and less than 3 minutes.

You will also be able to access other people's events if you go to the Creation Center, or to the Creations tab in the game menu, where you will find the most popular creations.
