To solve the lever puzzle in the basement of the defender's heart you will have to place the three levers in the correct order.

The first lever is under the torch, it should be facing down.

The second one is located to the right of the wall next to another torch, near the boxes. The second lever should also be down.

The third and last lever is to the left of the first lever, on a pillar. The lever should be facing up.

After finishing with the levers, you will have to head to the torch on the left from the third torch > you will find a shield that you will have to pick up in order to see pressure plates > push the pressure plates to access the door to a small room. Inside the room, you'll find a chest with some scrolls and potions, as well as a "Diadem of seductive charisma +2".
