The skin is part of the rewards of the annual Halloween Terror event in its 2019 edition, where players will have to fight a lot of enemies and bosses to be able to get the Halloween character masks that there are as rewards.
This is one of the most sought after masks by users which first appeared in 2018, however it was only available to players who managed to get a physical BlizzCon ticket or buy the virtual ticket. Now it comes back being much more accessible to everyone.
The Halloween event will last three weeks and each week there will be different rewards depending on how many challenges you have completed, in this case the missions we are most interested in are those of week 3, which lasts from October 29 to November 4 and is where we can get the skin as a reward.
During this week if you get at least 3 victories you can receive a Demon Hunter player icon, while 6 victories give you the Demon Hunter Shadow spray and 9 victories give you the skin.
We are still in the first week of the event where 9 victories will unlock Inferno Junkrat's skin, and the next one will unlock the Vampire Baptiste skin in exchange for another 9 victories. There are six more skins by the system of box booty, among the new masks we have Tracer, Lucius, Widowmaker, among other characters which can become any creature.
