How to complete the Outer Worlds ice palace mission?
The first thing you'll need to complete the Outer Worlds ice palace mission is to find Lilya, so you'll need to visit her at Groundbreaker, heading to the SubLight area on the ship, to proceed down the elevator. In doing so, you will find her sitting at a table quite close by.
Interact with her and she will notify you that you must claim the HRS-1084 as a SubLight Salvage property. It is worth mentioning that to claim the ship will not require a confrontation with enemies. Instead you will have to interact with a few computer terminals to get control of the ship. In doing so, go to your map and transport HRS-1084 until Lilya gives you the instructions to follow.

Lilya will ask you to turn on the power generator again. When you enter the ship, you must go to the back left corner of the room to pass through the door, but you must be very careful with the mines when entering through the door. Approach the entrance so that you can see a mine on your left side, then make it explode and then go to the room, where you will find the UDL Identity Cartridge in a chair on your left.
The next step to complete the Outer Worlds ice palace mission will be to lift the cartridge and exit through the door. Walk down the stairs to your left and you will notice more mines as you search for the ice palace. After this you will come across a computer terminal, which you will need to use, so interact with it and you will be able to communicate with a Corporate Commander, who will suspect you. So you must convince him by using the Persuasion option followed by the Intimidate option to calm him down.
After that you must wrap things in the terminal to return and climb the steps that will take you to the main room. Enter it and go diagonally to the right through the area, then to the door in front of you by the UDL sign. Turn right to get the electrical control room card, which will be located in a workbench, so pick it up and proceed to interact with the terminal you are behind you with the aim of encoding the access card. After that you must return to the main room to go to the northwest corner.
You are getting closer and closer, the next step will be to walk through the door near the "Mind Your Head" sign and down the stairs. Unlock the door on your right with the access card and use the terminal inside the room, this action will disable the security of the control point. Once this is done, go back to the corridor and go through the door on your right and then through the door on your left with the text "Restricted Access".
Finally go to the room, climb the stairs. When you reach the top, you will notice that there is a door, this leads to a private office. Then in the living room you will see a terminal, this will let you modify the access protocols of the system, making SubLight take control of the HRS-1084. What you still have to do is go back to Lilya to finish the secondary mission.
This is all you need to keep in mind in order to complete the Outer Worlds Ice Palace Faction mission, now encourage yourself to put the knowledge into practice.
