Post-apocalyptic changes introduced by Ubisoft are presented on the map of Hope County. A curious content has been published which shows the different changes introduced by Ubisoft in the map of Far Cry: New Dawn compared to Far Cry 5. This new installment of the franchise, leads the user to a violent post-apocalyptic future that develops some of the concepts of the previous game. In essence it will be the same map, although it is being redesigned with all kinds of adjustments to give it a post-apocalyptic background.

Wildlife has been making its way through Hope County, occupying previously urbanized buildings and areas. In addition it is observed as infrastructures and architectural elements evidence the 17 years of abandonment and wear that separate the Far Cry 5 frames of Far Cry New Dawn. Far Cry New Dawn comes 17 years after the global crisis. Where the player along with other survivors, must fight against a new threat. This time facing two great villains. On the other hand it will also be an opportunity to rediscover the same open world.

Ubisoft are working hard to ensure that not only is the passage of time, but also how nature gradually takes over the scenarios and buildings, wrapping them in wear and vegetation. The new context change makes this New Dawn more interesting than its predecessor.  Far Cry New Dawn will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on February 15, 2019.
