This unique shield will be obtained when the level 10 of the upcoming Tundra Treasures dig event is completed. You have to spend 25–30 Pickaxe tokens to break the tiles of the reasonably wide grid to uncover the Narwhal Shield.
The Walrus Token: A Guide for Monopoly GO Players
As the name goes, this Walrus Token presentation does present a really stylized walrus just resting on an iceberg: cute-a board token to go with the Narwhal Shield.
