You should aim for Montarian Spear Soldier first because he is a chronic cash cow for Icebeast Chimenzahn. In your first turn, use single-target fire spells on Icebeast Chimenzahn and Strike attacks from Pugilist and Berserker on Montarian Spear Soldier; then, to lessen their attack, use Summon Eagle Lion from the Summoner on both enemies. Doing it twice should put you in a good position to succeed immediately.

In the turns that follow, use your magic casters to help your assault on the Montarian Spear Soldier, and if you have any Mindbreak Hammers from the Masked Dancer, use them to take out another Summong Eagle Lion. Now that he's gone, you can stop worrying about Makarakarn and concentrate on dealing damage. If you're low on Mindbreak Hammers, you can dispel Makarakarn once and for all by using the extremely weak spell as your final action of the turn. To reduce the boss' health, switch to utilizing Power Thrust on the Pugilist. Every round, strike both weaknesses with magic. Even though the other three party members will essentially have this fight won by now, the Berserker can do more damage with his greatest attacks.
