New Driving Mechanics and Customization

Mafia: The Old Country introduces several new features to the driving experience that enhance realism and strategic freedom.

Manual Repair: Unlike previous titles where a broken-down car was a total loss, you can now perform manual repairs on your vehicle if it sustains damage. This is a fresh take on car maintenance that can save you a trip to a garage and helps you stay in the action.
