How to play with friends in Lost Ark? - Add friends

The first thing you must do is to add friends, since the game does not share the Steam friends list. So go to the Community menu at the bottom right of the screen > select "Friends" to access the main friends menu > click on "Specific friends" > "Friend request" > type the name of the character you want to add as a friend and send the request, you will have to wait for the other person to accept it so he/she can appear in your list.





How to play with friends in Lost Ark?

When your friend is already on your list, you can go to a party and right click on your friend's name to select "Invite to party" and select the name(s) of the friend(s) you want to invite from the list on the left side.

To find your friends you will have to access the same instance, in the same world and same server, look for the box that says "Cap.X" in the upper right corner. The X is a number, it represents the number of instances on the server and if you are both on the same instance, you will be able to see each other. But even if you are not in the same instance, you will be able to see each other on the minimap, but not in the game world.

If the instance coincides with your friend's, you will see a quick loading screen and then you will be in the same fragment of the server to play together.
