When accessing the city from the spaceship landing site, you will come across a dead end in Canto Bight. You may come across an alley with an open treasure chest with a Kyber Brick inside, this will allow you to access the Canto Bight Boys fight when it gets close, that's the right alley. After this you will have to use a character that has a grappling hook, use the grappling hook to aim at the orange grappling points, which are on the walls above the alley.
