You'll need to have found 60 Waddle Dees in the stages: but there are 46 in Natural Plains, so you'll have to search the rest of the Everbay Coast to find some.

When you finally find all 60, you will need to go back to Waddle Dee Town and talk to Waddle Dee who will be outside the Cafe to start the minigame.

The minigame has three difficulties:

• Easy, there are only two elements to deal with here.
• Hustle, here are three items to deal with.
• Frenzy and here four.

Harder difficulties have a shorter time frame to get a correct order, but after you get what it takes you'll get a few coins as a reward, depending on the difficulty, along with other modifiers like highest combo, amount of wrong orders, etc.
