Whiskerfish can be a tricky find in Infinity Nikki. This guide details how and where to locate these aquatic critters for your crafting needs.

Infinity Nikki: How to Get Whiskerfish

Whiskerfish are aquatic creatures found relatively early in the game. Afterreaching Florawish and Breezy Meadow (the first two chapters of the main story) and unlocking Nikki's fishing ability, you can begin your search around Silken Lake.

Key Locations:

Silken Lake: This is the primary early-game location for Whiskerfish.However, they are less common than other fish in this area. Be prepared to spend some time searching.
Abandoned Fanatic Wisher Camp: A secondary location much further south.

Tracking Whiskerfish:

Collections Tracker: Once you've caughtat least one Whiskerfish, use the in-game Collections tracker to makefinding them much easier. Open your map, select the book icon (bottomleft), and open the Collections menu. Click the fish icon, findWhiskerfish, and press the yellow "Track" button.

Map Markers: After tracking, your map will show the nearest fishing node containing Whiskerfish with a yellow circle.

Precise Tracking: Catching 100kg ofWhiskerfish unlocks Precise Tracking, which further pinpoints theirlocation. However, since fish are caught in group nodes, PreciseTracking is less crucial for fish than for other resources.

Alternative Acquisition: The Resonance Shop

The in-game store's "Resonance" tab offers another way to get Whiskerfish.You can exchange Tranquility Droplets for up to 10kg of Whiskerfish (8Tranquility Droplets per 1kg) every 30 days. This is a useful option for acquiring rare resources that take a long time to gather otherwise.
