Unfortunately, it seems there's no in-game way to disable this feature, and quite a few players are up in arms over it. Many hope that the developers will address it in future updates, but until that happens, you can see how to manually disable it yourself.
How to disable Reticle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle?
First of all, you have to make the console commands menu active. To activate console commands in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, by which you will be able to also adjust or turn off the crosshair, you need a mod or fix that includes an in-game console. Using the mod developed to address the cutscene FOV enables these commands. Using commands like g_overrideCrosshairStyle without this mod will result in a "unknown command" error. To fix this, make sure you install the FOV fix mod to enable console commands.
How to Install the FOV Fix Mod
- Download the FOV Fix mod here.
- Extract the contents of the mod file. Now, copy the extracted files into the game folder.
- To find the installation folder, simply right-click on the game in your Steam library and choose Properties. Navigate to the Installed Files tab and select Browse. Navigate to the game’s installation folder, and there, transfer the mod files.
- Once you've copied the file into the installation folder of the game-for instance, XboxGamesIndiana Jones and the Great CircleContent for Xbox versions-start the game, and you should now have access to the console commands.
How to Disable the Crosshair/Reticle
After you have installed the FOV fix, console commands will be at your fingertips. Simply open the in-game console by pressing the bound key (~ or F12, depending on your setup). Then, type "g_overrideCrosshairStyle 0" and press Enter; the crosshair will immediately disappear. Once you've implemented the FOV fix and console commands into the mix, the ability to change crosshair settings will take your DOOM gaming experience to the next level.

You can easily create a more immersive Indiana Jones and the Great Circle experience with a console command which hides the whole HUD by merely typing: "g_showHud 0." This will make everything around the screen not visible from health bars to crosshair and prompts. Of course, this command really shuts the whole interface down and it is not something that will make a better choice for practical purposes.
