In Honkai Star Rail, the elements play a crucial role in combat. Each character has an elemental affinity, and knowing how to use and counter the different elements is key to success. There are seven elements in total: Physical, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, Quantum, and Imaginary. Each element has its own strengths and weaknesses, as well as corresponding status effects.

Physical element: This element has no strengths or weaknesses and does not inflict any status effects. It is a neutral element that simply deals damage.
