Where to Find the Painting in Hogwarts Legacy - Ultimate Guide

The painting in Hogwarts Legacy is a portrait of the four founders of Hogwarts – Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, Helga Hufflepuff, and Salazar Slytherin. It’s a magical painting, and it will help you to unlock a secret within the game. You’ll need to talk to Lenora, a character in the game, to learn more about the painting.

To find the painting in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll need to head to the Entrance Hall. Once there, make your way to the Great Hall and look for the long corridor near the stairs. At the end of the corridor, you’ll find the painting. 

Once you've found the painting, you'll have to solve a riddle in order to unlock the secret it holds. The riddle involves using the Lumos spell to uncover a location near the frame. You'll need to cast Revelio and spot a moth on the wall. Illuminate the moth with Lumos and it'll follow you. Guide the moth back to the frame and switch off Lumos. The moth will cling to the frame and bring up a Field Guide Page, giving you 80 XP.
