After the second test flight in the game, you will not be able to change your emblem. In the full version, you can access this area from the Customize tab in the main menu> where you will then have to access Spartan ID, although the option will not be accessible during the test flight.

It was previously possible to customize the emblem on the first test flight, by downloading the Halo Waypoint app, but it is currently not available.
