It is possible to complete the Handshake Shooting Range quest by traveling north to Hunter's Paradise and killing 20 enemies in the area. After completing the mission at the shooting range, we need to go to Foxtrot 1 LZ further north, near Hunter's Paradise, by helicopter.


Once the helicopter lands, we'll head west and start finding enemies scattered around Hunter's Paradise. All the enemies we kill in and around the motel, on the shooting range and in the Hunter's Paradise junkyard, as well as those we find in small cabins in the forest area, count towards the quest of This.
