After taking out Bergsra, you will need to use L2 and R2 to throw your ax and freeze the channel above the wheel on the south side. In this way turn the wheel and it will open the south door.

Follow Freya through the open door. At the end of the low tunnel, you will come across a Nornir Chest. From here you will have to go north on the slope and go through the tunnels until you reach a room that has a chain on the east wall.

Climb up the chain and pull the lever at the top to move the water channel back into the room with the water wheel doors.

Return to the water wheel room and use L2 and R2 to throw your ax and freeze the upper channel where it crosses the channel parallel to the north wall. Then use L2 and Square to make Freya fire a Sigil Arrow at the same spot.

Get Retrieve your Leviathan Axe, then quickly use L2 and R2 to freeze the channel above the wheel on the north side.
