In order to remove this obstacle you can burn it using Blades of Chaos, which contains the strongest flames that can reduce the hardest metals to ashes. To use them you will have to press the left button on the d-pad of the controller to equip Blades of Chaos and hold L2 to aim towards the blue vines.
