You can get the first half of the Muspelheim Yggdrasil Seed at Modvitnir's Rig on the western shores in GoW Ragnarok.

And you can find the second half of the seed in Alberich Hollow to the east of Dragon Beach, above the top of the wooden platform.

You will be able to get the first half as you progress through the second quest, Quest of Tyr.

You'll also be able to get the second half of the Muspelheim Yggdrasil seed as you progress through the sixth story quest, Forging Destiny.
