Finding a VR headset with a combination of quality, price and better specifications than Oculus Rift or the HTC Vive can be a complicated task.

And although HTC Vive Pro offered greater visual fidelity, has a rather high price for the handset alone,  $800 is a price that not everyone is willing to pay .

The latest HP headphones are intended for the commercial market, but have the opportunity to get a place in the consumer market.

The aim of Reverb Virtual Reality Headset Professional Edition is to focus on the spaces in which virtual reality technology SEEAMAZON_ET_135

$599  can be a reasonable price and actually it is.

With a base resolution of up to 2160 × 2160 on two 2.89-inch LCD screens, it's phenomenal when compared to Vive's 1440 × 1600 resolution, which simply leaves more than a lot to be desired.

Most have said that Reverb is quite lightweight and very comfortable, the consumer version of the hardware will be accompanied by a washable cloth face mask and a refresh rate of 90Hz is on par with the Oculus and HTC headphones.

The renewed headphones of VR of HP, have adjusted in the most successful way their screens and placed lenses of square shape with rounded edges to improve the FOV.

John LudwigHP's product manager, told Tom's Hardware the following:

"We went to asymmetry because it allowed us to reduce the FOV per eye, which increases the clarity of a group and increases the sweet spot by 33 percent, then we combine both eyes."

"Our binocular FOV for both eyes has gone up from 110 to 114 degrees, but we managed to increase the clarity because we lower the FOV per eye."

HP drivers continue to use Bluetooth and still maintain their classic design. But with the lousy PC support for Bluetooth they had, HP changed the design by making the controls now synchronize with the headset and not with the PC.

According to reports, user reviews have been quite positive. The reports also say that HP Reverb is half the weight of the Vive Pro. And having a lower weight is a very positive feature since it helps to make mobility much more comfortable and in general for a price of 524 euros.

The fact is that we do not think it prudent to expect a more accessible price for high quality VR headsets for PC.
