Google Stadia won't need 5G for Play
A few days ago it was officially revealed the platform of transmission of video games in the Google Stadia cloud, however, from that moment, although they gave several details of Google Stadia, there were still many important questions such as prices, Internet speed requirements and support out of line.
Phil Harrison, head of Google Stadia, has answered some of these questions by saying that you will not need 5G to be able to use Google Stadia, but you will not be able to play offline either.
25 megabits per Second you Could play to 60 FPS and 1080p
"With the innovations that we have made on the side of streaming and on the compression side since then, when we start, we can reach 4K, but only increase the bandwidth to about 30 megabits per second."
He also said that the service could be used on his TV with a Chromecast and
Stadia controller, and that third-party drivers will work for PC users.
Harrison also stated for Gamespot that the platform will not support offline downloads and that they already had a price table, but it would be revealed at the right time.
Stadia will arrive in 2019, initially in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and some parts of Europe.
