While many of these weapons are the ones you will remember from last year's Far Cry 5, each one has been changed to adapt to the new post-apocalyptic premise of this new Far Cry New Dawn.
With so many options available, you're probably asking what weapons are worth buying. To help you, we've put together four of the best weapons in each of the four ranges. These are more solid recommendations than weapons for living. After all, Far Cry is a game that embraces different play styles and personal creativity. However, what we have highlighted here is excellent to consider if you are not sure what weapons to buy.

Rusty RPG-7 (Rank 1)
If you are not good at shooting heads, no amount of bullets will take out enemy vehicles in an instant. The Rusty RPG-7 is an essential weapon you must have in your arsenal to deal with those Highwaymen junk cars before they have the chance to shoot with you in Far Cry: New Dawn. Improvised RAT4 (Rank 2)
The explosive strength of the improvised RAT4 is not very different from the Rusty RPG-7, but an increase in handling makes this the obvious next step. Its blocking capabilities facilitate the launching of helicopters.
AKMS optimized (Rank 3)
The optimized AKMS is one of the best range III assault rifles you can get. Its high precision and handling make it a fantastic update to its predecessor. "Bear With Me" Saw Launcher V.3 (Elite Rank)
When you can acquire weapons of Elite rank, you will be forced to decide between two different Saw Launchers: V.3 and VT. V.3 is simply a more powerful version of the previous iterations, which is worth it if I have enjoyed the way the weapon works.
