Far Cry: New Dawn continues the tradition of the series, sporting a large arsenal of weapons to wreak havoc. While many of these weapons are the ones you will remember from last year's Far Cry 5, each one has been changed to adapt to the new post-apocalyptic premise of this new Far Cry New Dawn.
With so many options available, you're probably asking what weapons are worth buying. To help you, we've put together four of the best weapons in each of the four ranges. These are more solid recommendations than weapons for living. After all, Far Cry is a game that embraces different play styles and personal creativity. However, what we have highlighted here is excellent to consider if you are not sure what weapons to buy.
Rusty RPG-7 (Rank 1)
If you are not good at shooting heads, no amount of bullets will take out enemy vehicles in an instant. The Rusty RPG-7 is an essential weapon you must have in your arsenal to deal with those Highwaymen junk cars before they have the chance to shoot with you in Far Cry: New Dawn. The explosive strength of the improvised RAT4 is not very different from the Rusty RPG-7, but an increase in handling makes this the obvious next step. Its blocking capabilities facilitate the launching of helicopters.
