The first thing you should do is go to the construction menu> click on the hammer icon at the bottom left of the screen. If you are a PC user, look for the pavement-type lines icon to access the street construction interface.

Console players should press L2 on PlayStation or LT on Xbox> then select the building icon from the radial menu> streets are at the bottom of each building tab.

Every two Street segments costs one unit of wood to build.
