Welcome Fortnite players! With the recent 14.50 patch, Epic Games has added a new feature to the game: the Fortnite Lanterns event! In this new event, players are tasked with finding and lighting up 10 different Lanterns across the map. To complete the event and earn rewards, players must locate and light all of the Lanterns.
This guide will help you find every single Lantern in the game so that you can finish the event quickly and easily. Before we dive into the Lantern locations, let’s take a quick look at the event overview.
The Fortnite Lanterns event began on March 30th and will run until April 6th. The goal of the event is to find and light up 10 Lanterns across the map. Rewards include XP and a special emote, so be sure to complete the event and collect your rewards.
It is important to note that the map has been slightly altered since the start of the event. Some of the Lanterns may have moved, so be sure to double check the map before you begin.

Lantern Locations
- Race Rumble: The first Lantern can be found in the center of the Race Rumble POI. Keep an eye out for the glowing Lantern and you’ll be able to find it easily.
- Marvelous Maze: The second Lantern can be found in the Marvelous Maze POI. Once you enter the maze, look for the glowing green Lantern and you should be able to spot it.
- Parkour Paradise: The third Lantern can be found at the Parkour Paradise POI. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you’ll be able to locate it easily.
- Mid-right of the Map: The fourth Lantern can be found to the mid-right of the map. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you should be able to spot it.
- Flawless Fashion: The fifth Lantern can be found at the Flawless Fashion POI. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you’ll be able to locate it easily.
- Slippery Slide/Race Rumble: The sixth Lantern can be found at the Slippery Slide/Race Rumble POI. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you should be able to locate it easily.
- Cozy Court: The seventh Lantern can be found at the Cozy Court POI. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you’ll be able to locate it easily.
- Furious Fighters: The eighth Lantern can be found at the Furious Fighters POI. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you should be able to locate it easily.
- Slurp Juice Restaurant: The ninth Lantern can be found at the Slurp Juice Restaurant POI. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you should be able to locate it easily.
- Bounty Boulevard: The tenth and final Lantern can be found at the Bounty Boulevard POI. Look for the glowing green Lantern and you should be able to locate it easily.
In this guide, we have gone over all of the Lantern locations so that you can easily complete the event and earn your rewards. The Lanterns can be found at the Race Rumble, Marvelous Maze, Parkour Paradise, Mid-right of the Map, Flawless Fashion, Slippery Slide/Race Rumble, Cozy Court, Furious Fighters, Slurp Juice Restaurant, and Bounty Boulevard POIs.
