The first thing to understand if you are wondering how to set up single player bot lobbies in Fortnite, is that there are neither lobby creation options, nor settings with which you can set up bot-only sessions. Instead you will have to trick the game into thinking you qualify for these games against bots. To do this you will have to use another device where the game is installed, here you will have to log in, but with a new account, where not a single game has been played.
When you log in on the new device with the new account, you will have to send a friend request to your main account. When you accept it, you will have to create a queue using alt and invite the main account to it.
As the new account does not have enough experience to play against the bots, the main account will join to do so. When both are in the same group, you will have to change the lobby settings to "Squads No Fill". This will prevent the game servers from searching for people to fill the empty slots.
With both accounts in the lobby for bots, what you need to do is close the alt client on the secondary device, to leave your main account with the bots.
