Fortnite: How To Get Stretched Resolution

The simplest method to achieve a stretched resolution is arguably the most effective, applicable to all games without exception. To proceed, players must have access to the NVIDIA Control Panel, which is only available with an NVIDIA GPU. Setting up a stretched resolution in Fortnite using the NVIDIA Control Panel is easy. Just follow these steps:

• Launch the NVIDIA Control Panel and head over to Adjust Desktop Size and Position.
• Adjust the Scaling Mode to Fullscreen and ensure that Perform Scaling is set to GPU.
• Make sure to check the option for 'override the scaling mode set by games and programs.'

After completing the initial setup, players can move on to configure their stretched resolution by following these steps:

• Go to Display and select Change Resolution.
• Choose Customize, then proceed to Create Custom Resolution.
• Adjust the Horizontal Pixels and Vertical Lines to achieve your preferred resolution. To achieve a stretched resolution of 1350x1080, simply set the Horizontal Pixels to 1350 and the Vertical Lines to 1080.
• Choose Test and then click Yes when asked to save this custom resolution.

For quick access to these settings, simply press Ctrl + F on your keyboard, enter ResolutionSizeX, and click on Find Next. Players can now customize their experience by adjusting both the ResolutionSizeX and ResolutionSizeY to achieve their preferred stretched resolution. To achieve a resolution of 1350x1080, simply set ResolutionSizeX to 1350 and ResolutionSizeY to 1080.

To quickly locate these settings, simply press Ctrl + F on your keyboard, enter DesiredScreenWidth, and click on Find Next. Players can now easily adjust DesiredScreenWidth and DesiredScreenHeight to align with the values specified for ResolutionSizeX and ResolutionSizeY. To achieve a resolution of 1350x1080, simply set DesiredScreenWidth to 1350 and DesiredScreenHeight to 1080.

After completing the task, save the file, right-click on it once more, and navigate to Properties. This time, make sure to check the Read-Only option and then click Apply. Now, it’s time to dive into Fortnite. The in-game resolution is now aligned with the settings specified in the config file.
