How to Find Birthday Medallions
Locating Birthday Medallions:
- These are acquired by collecting Legendary-Rarity Birthday Presents.
- Besides regular floor loot, containers, and supply drops house these presents as well.
- Once found, toss the present on the ground and open one of its sides to access the items inside.
Using Birthday Medallions:
- On picking up a Birthday Medallion, Balloons will automatically gather over time.
- Release any Balloons by jumping while one or more are attached and pressing the "release a Balloon" keybinding.
Note: Birthday Medallions and Presents are seasonal items that will not always be available.
