Gaining Access: How to Open the Blocked Secret Empire Cache in Fortnite
Leia's quest to find the secret Empire cache leads you southeast of Brutal Boxcars, high atop a prominent mountain. Whether you're starting near Leia's initial location, requiring a trek past Brutal Boxcars and a climb using ziplines or sheer determination, reaching the quest marker is the first hurdle.Upon arrival, you'll encounter the secret Empire cache entrance, sealed by a substantial rockslide. The solution to this blockade? A strategically placed cannon atop a destroyed tank, directly south of the cave. To proceed, you need to hotwire the cannon and aim its powerful shot at the obstructing boulders, clearing the path to valuable loot and the crucial Imperial console within.Be aware that other players will likely be undertaking the same Fortnite Star Wars quests, creating potential hotspots for player-versus-player encounters. Utilize nearby chests and floor loot to arm yourself and secure your progress. If eliminated, you'll need to repeat the process. For a faster run, consider landing directly at this location from the Battle Bus to avoid the initial mountain ascent.Investigating the Imperial Console: Unlocking More Fortnite XP
Once inside the secret Empire cache, you'll find not only treasure chests but also your primary objective: investigating the Imperial console. This terminal is conveniently located to your immediate right upon entering the cave.
Similar to the consoles used for TIE Fighter deployments, interacting with this Imperial console is a quick process, fulfilling the quest requirement. Loot thesurrounding chests for an added advantage in case of unexpected company. Stay alert for any players attempting to ambush you.
After successfully investigating the Imperial console, your mission is to return to Leia and report your findings on theEmpire's movements. As a reward for your efforts, she will grant you asignificant boost of account XP, contributing to your Battle Pass progression. Completing Leia's quests unlocks further opportunities to interact with other Fortnite Galactic Battles NPCs and earn even more valuable XP rewards.
