After that, your character will be sprayed with nitro. Then find the enemy and run towards him. This will cause a small explosion. Shooting them or hitting them with another weapon will also count as "damage" when you are actively "infused" with Nitro effects. If you don't deal enough damage with Nitro, don't panic. Typically, an item will be used many times before it is sold out. However, if you want to make sure you complete the quest, you can get the Megalo Don Medal as it grants you unlimited power.
