In order to find this spot you will need to head to the heart of the ocean west of Greasy Grove, 100 meters from the shore of The Minnow. Here you can find the detached arm of The Final Showdown Mecha from Season 9, Chapter 1.

Most of the arm is on the bottom of the ocean, but part of the forearm can be seen sticking out above the water

You can go to this location, as one of the challenges Week 12 will ask you to head to a speedboat. You will be able to find some speedboats at The Minnows, near the docks. Completing this challenge will earn you 25,000 XP as a reward.
