The first thing you have to do to complete the challenge is find a mission kit, on the hill north of Corny Complex. The kit is located north of Corny Complex on the hill. When you arrive at this site you will see a bright blue box on the ground next to the tree and the rock> go to the box to access the "Collect Jammer" option.
The next thing you need to do is head to one of the following Jammer locations in Corny Complex:
