For those who don't know, Holly Hedges is a named place and easy to spot on the map, so we thought we would show you a two-house fast route that can run directly from the Battle Bus that will leave you well armed and will help you complete this challenge very quickly. On the game map you will find specific houses where these boxes will be. In the first house, you'll find an ammunition box on the ground floor, two more in the upstairs bedrooms, and a hidden chest in the attic. If you run across the street, you'll find another chest under the stairs and a third one outside the back door of the doghouse.
The curious but also beneficial thing is that this route allows you to find rare chests so you can get a very good loot. After that, run inside and up the stairs to find more ammo boxes in the bathroom, and sometimes a fourth chest hidden in the attic.
