For this one, you should head a little south of The Fortilla in the southwest corner of the map. On your map, you should see a pale blue circle below it as such.
All you need to do is land in the whirlpool when you see it in the water near Fortilla and you will be pushed into the air, giving you a chance to glide to safety.
