This new skin will be available in the Battle Pass, in the rewards section, page 10, so you will have to position yourself at level 90 or claim 90 rewards, which you can do if you get victories and complete weekly challenges. This will allow you to obtain XP points with which you can raise the level of your pass.

You can do this by winning matches and completing weekly challenges once they become available. Completing these tasks will reward you with XP and Battle Stars so you can advance in the Battle Pass.

The new skin is priced at 9 Battle Stars.

The rest of the cosmetics for Carnage are a matching rear bling, glider, pickaxe, and wake, plus some themed sprays and a loading screen, allowing you to buy the skin when you have them.
