The best place to complete this challenge is Defiant Dish, where you can meet Rick Sanchez, who usually walks inside the main building. To find him you will have to follow the sandwich that appears when you are nearby.

Defiant Dish is located east of Weeping Woods, and to buy a crack from Rick Sanchez you will need to have at least 245 gold.  The rift will allow you to move to another area of the map, which will complete the challenge and allow you to get the 30,000 XP reward.
