Travel to Old Gridania: Head to Old Gridania and use the Aetherite to reach the area near the Conjurers' Guild.
Locate Cheerless Hearer: Interact with this NPC to gain information about a Moogle that is causing a nuisance.
Return to Aetheryte Plaza: Return to Gridania's Aetheryte Plaza and look for a glowing area on the ground. Investigate the area to trigger a cutscene that will introduce you to the Moogle.
Complete the "A Brush with Brilliance" quest: This quest will take you to Carline Canopy for a job interview with the Moogle.
