Traveling to distant Aetherytes in FFXIV can have a significant effect on your economies, but you can avoid that minor annoyance by using Aetheryte Tickets. These elements can be obtained in various ways and are extremely beneficial for saving money, since they allow the transmission of data for free.

How to Get Aetheryte Tickets in FFXIV??

Aetheryte Tickets are obtained through Allied Seals and Centurio Seals at various NPCs in the game, using Allied Seals and Centurio Seals. These seals are obtained by completing branded tickets or defeating A/S rank monsters each time they appear. The A Realm Reborn areas will provide Allied Seals, while the Heavensward and Stormblood areas will provide Centurio Seals. Aetheryte tickets can be purchased in the Allied Seals (Other) section for five Allied Seals each, or in the Exchange Centurio Seals section (in the case of Ardolain) for five Centurio Seals. You can purchase them at the following locations:

Each level of the Carnival grants you a large number of Allied Seals, and completing the tasks listed in the Blue Wizard Log as a full party of Blue Wizards also earns you some extras. Additionally, you can also purchase Aetheryte Tickets from Calamity Salvager NPCs. However, this is not recommended because it costs the rare Golden Chocobo Feathers, which can be used for other more important items.

How to use Aetheryte tickets in FFXIV

At any location that has an Aetheryte Ticket in your inventory, the game will ask you if you want to spend it to teleport for free. So, make sure you get a large amount to avoid the nasty fees of over 1000 Gil. In the Teleport menu, located under General Actions and Traits, if you have removed it from your hotbar, click the gear to open your Teleport Settings. It is possible to customize the way tickets are used in this section, such as configuring them to be used automatically or setting a minimum price prior to use.

The Gil Allowance method is my favorite, as I don't find it difficult to acquire large fees, like 400 gil per carry, most of the time. However, for traveling longer distances in the vast world of FFXIV, Aetheryte Tickets are always my first choice.
