How to Get the Bluecoat Cat in FFXIV Dawntrail?
The Bluecoat Cat minion is a delightful companion available for purchase within the Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail expansion. To acquire this charming feline friend, follow these steps:
- 1. Gather Sacks of Nuts: Participate in Hunts found throughout the Dawntrail and Endwalker zones. Hunts with higher ranks (A and S) offer a greater quantity of Sacks of Nuts as rewards.
- 2. Unlock Dawntrail Hunts (if necessary): For characters who haven't unlocked Dawntrail Hunts, visit Bol Ogaw in Tuliyollal (X:13.8, Y:13.6). This quest requires a Disciple of War or Magic job class at level 90. The Hunt Board located near Bol Ogaw will display available hunts within each zone.
- 3. Purchase the Bluecoat Cat: Once you've accumulated 800 Sacks of Nuts, locate Ryubool Ja in Tuliyollal (X:13.9, Y:13.5). You can then trade your Sacks of Nuts for the coveted Bluecoat Cat minion.
- 4. Utilize the Party Finder (optional): The Party Finder function can be a valuable tool if you encounter difficulty locating Hunts or prefer to collaborate with other players.
