Now that Far Cry 6 has just been released, it's important that you know how to save your game, so read on to find out how.

What is Far Cry 6 about?

It is the newly released first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Toronto and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 4 / 5, Xbox One, Google Stadia, Amazon Luna and PC users.  One of the most important things when playing titles of this type is to know how to save so as not to lose your progress, that's why here we will tell you how to save your game.

How to save your game in Far Cry 6?

The game has an auto-save function with which you can record your progress automatically as the name says. This is done frequently, several times throughout a mission, or after completing something in the open world.

The autosave will also be activated every time you fast travel, complete a side quest or find a collectible in the open world.

The save will be in progress as long as you see the paper icon moving in the upper right corner, so while you see it, you will have to avoid closing the game or interrupting the process in any way until it is completed.

Unfortunately the game doesn't have a manual save feature, so if at one point in your game you decide you simply don't want to continue playing, the best thing to do is to fast travel somewhere or complete the mission you're on to force auto-save when you need to record your progress.

That's all you need to know about saving your game in Far Cry 6 and now that you know, we hope you will never suffer any setbacks with the loss of your progress.
