How to Complete the Night of the Cult Task 

Objective: Kill 5 hooded night people (cultists).

Cultist Types:

  • Priest Cultists (Zhrets): These typically spawn with 2-4 Sektant Warriors.
  • Harbinger Cultists: They too spawn with a couple of their followers.

Best Map for Guaranteed Spawns:

  • Streets of Tarkov: The residential has a 100% chance for the spawn of Priest Cultists in the Zmejskij alley block.

Tips:


  • Timing: These are more likely to spawn between 10 PM and 7 AM.
  • Halloween Event: Throughout the Halloween event, the chances of the cultist spawns get increased.
  • Other Maps: Though the Streets of Tarkov offers guaranteed spawns, it is highly likely that they will appear on other maps. The chance is 50%.
  • Multi-tasking: Consider finishing other quests as well while hunting for the cultists - for example, Reconnaissance in Lighthouse.

Strategies:


  • Eliminate as Quickly as Possible: Try focusing on killing them before they can eliminate the other players.
  • Teamwork: If you happen to be playing with other people, make sure you all try to help each other out in order to bring down cultists.
  • Stealth: Be as stealthy as possible so as not to alert other players around where the cultist happens to be.

Remember: Night of the Cult can technically be finished in one raid if you get your lucky break with a Priest Cultist with four followers on Streets of Tarkov. It's not necessarily easy; after all, it's very often dogged by competition from other players.
