Method 2: ZB-014 Bunker
Another way to get the 60-round magazines is to go to the ZB-014 Bunker. This bunker is located near the Customs extraction point and is guarded by Scavs. To enter the locked room in the bunker, you will need a duct tape. Once you have the duct tape, use it on the locked door to open it.
Inside the locked room, you will find several items including the 60-round magazines. Collect them and you will have completed the Ice Cream Cones Prapor quest!
