In the game you will find a real-time battle system, where you will surely receive some damage, so if you want to stay alive you will have to heal yourself so as not to die.
How to Heal in Eastward?
To check your health you will have to check the hearts in the lower left corner of your screen, which will be reduced if you receive enemy blows. Keep in mind that when you start the game you will only have 3 hearts, so you will have to take care of yourself at all times.
If you want to restore your health you will have to go to a dungeon and hit all the fragile items such as boxes and bottles, which can contain additional hearts.
In case you find a closet or chest you will have to open it to try to obtain heart orbs that will increase your health bar when you collect them.
Another way to regain health is by cooking food. To do this you will have to press the Menu or Options button> then access the menu> choose the foods you want to use by pressing the A or X button. A> select the option to use it and make Sam or John eat those foods to regain their health.
