Half plate armor falls into the former category and is available only to warriors, fighters, thieves, and archers. The easiest way to get half plate armor is to visit the Unnamed Apothecary in the Unnamed Village. This elusive location can be accessed as part of a quest. Upon arrival we will go to the seller to examine his products. Half plate armor can be purchased for the hefty sum of 9600 G, in case we don't have the necessary funds, looking for the armor in the overworld is also an option. To do so, we traveled to River's Edge Grotto. We access this location by traveling northwest of Vernworth towards a small waterfall, or north of Derelict Mine. Upon reaching the river, we continued towards the base of the waterfall. A cave opening will soon appear. Inside this cave are several chests containing rare treasures. To discover the half-plate armor, we must reach the end of the cave, where a chest containing the armor awaits us.
