Lever 1

To open the vault, pull any combination of the three levers, however they don't have to be in any particular sequence. Go into the fortified section until you notice a ladder, then remove the metal sheets to reveal the first lever. Send a little flame in the direction of the explosive pot that you see next to the sheets. At this point, the ladder will descend, and climbing it will show you a wisp perched on top of the ruins.

Gather the wisp, take a left as you enter the building. The wisp will begin flashing as you approach a hole in the wall; keep following the path until you reach it. Possessing a skeleton as its host, it will thereafter utilize it to pull a lever, allowing you access to the room beyond. You can trigger the first lever inside the room. As an extra bonus, you can find a chest with some collectibles.

Go to the courtyard in the picture to find the second lever. A short cart blocks the entrance to what appears to be a hallway from that vantage point. You should be able to see three levers when you destroy the cart. Left, right, and center are the proper ways to pull the levers.

Then, as you get out of the corridor, turn left and go up the steps to the courtyard. After you reach the end of the trail, turn left and climb the stairs to the little platform. At the peak, you'll see a tiny signpost pointing you in the direction of the next checkpoint.

After you reach the end of the ledge on which you are standing, you will see a door on your right. Entering this door will lead you to three illuminated lamps. Turn on the switch that's under the three bright lights. It opens a door that conceals a few loots and the crucial lever for the vault.

Lever 3

Finding and unlocking this lever is more difficult than any other. Follow the passage that leads off the main hall area of the fort until you reach a spot where skeletons are surrounded by a swarm of butterflies. Initiating motion, the skeleton will eventually phase past an obstacle.

Return to the main hall and take a left turn. A ladder will be visible if you go parallel to the set of dropping steps and in the opposite direction; climb that ladder. Once you get to this room, you'll have to discover a way out. After that, you'll be back on the ledge you were on before you went to the second lever. Descend the identical platform that lies at the base of the ledge; a flight of stairs leading downwards may be found there.

Stay on the second floor. Go instead to the little space with a hallway entrance right next to the staircase. There is another skeleton nearby, and verdant butterflies are fluttering around it. The third body, next to the fort's entrance gate, will now be activated. After you've finished, return to the main hall. With the help of a skeleton, you can pull a lever that will open a door to a room where you can find the last key to the vault.

If you're looking for the second skeleton, you may have come upon the steps leading downstairs; these are the ones you need to descend in order to unlock the Warden's Vault. Inside the vault, you'll find numerous chests; open them to get your loot.
