Where Exactly Does Riley’s Phone Spawn?

Unlike fixed-location items, Riley’s Phone has a dynamic spawn point that is directly tied to a specific building in your valley.

• Primary Location: Riley’s Phone will always spawn on the ground somewhere in the immediate vicinity of Chez Remy, the restaurant run by the iconic chef from Ratatouille.
• Crucial Detail: Because players can move Chez Remy to any of the main biomes in the original valley (Plaza, Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor, etc.), the phone's spawn location is different for every player. You must search the biome where you have placed Chez Remy.
• DLC Note: It is important to know that the phone will not spawn near any version of Chez Remy you have placed in the Eternity Isle DLC world. Your search must be confined to the original Dreamlight Valley map.

Search Tip: The item appears as a small, turquoise electronic device with a yellow screen. Like other collectibles, it will be surrounded by a shimmering sparkleeffect to help it stand out. • Reward: Each Riley’s Phone you pick up drops a red Memory Shard.
• Event Duty: These red Memory Shards are required to complete the "Get Nostalgic!" duty for the Memory Mania event. You need to collect 10 shards to finish the memory.
• Important Caveat: While every phone guarantees a shard, not every shard you open willcontain a new piece of the memory. This means you will likely need tofind more than 10 phones to fully complete the memory sequence.
• Ultimate Prize: Upon completing the memory, you will be rewarded with the adorable Nostalgia Capybara companion to follow you around your valley.

Riley’s Phone Respawn Rate and Farming Tips

To collect the necessary number of Memory Shards, you’ll need to find the phone multiple times.

• Respawn Timer: Like other Memory Mania items, Riley’s Phone has a respawn time of approximately 30 minutes after you collect it.
• Maximum Spawns: Based on player testing and observation, it appears that a maximum of two Riley’s Phones can be present around Chez Remy at any one time. To efficiently farmthem, make a habit of returning to Chez Remy every half-hour to collectany new phones that have appeared, keeping the spawn cycle active.
