How to Get Dates in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The A Rift in Time expansion is the first and most important step towards obtaining dates in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This expansion provides access to new areas and quests that are necessary for obtaining dates. Without this expansion, you simply won't be able to progress towards getting dates.

Once you have purchased the A Rift in Time expansion, it's time to progress through the main expansion quests. These quests will lead you towards the Glittering Dunes biome where the date trees can be found. One of the key quests to look out for is the Sands in Hourglass quest for Jafar, where you'll need to repair a bridge. This bridge repair is an important step towards accessing The Glittering Dunes biome.

The Glittering Dunes biome is located on the west side of Eternity Isle. This is the area where date trees can be found. These trees yield 2x date each and take 55 minutes to regrow after harvesting. It's important to note that the date trees are situated in the Plains, Wastes, Oasis, and Borderlands areas of The Glittering Dunes biome.

To access all areas of The Glittering Dunes biome, use Mist. Mist is a special tool that allows you to explore everywhere quickly and easily. You'll find Mist in your inventory, and once you use it, you'll be able to explore the entire Glittering Dunes biome with ease.

After harvesting dates from your date trees, head over to Goofy’s Stalls where they can be sold for 29 star coins. This is a great way to earn some extra coins while also getting rid of any excess dates that you may have. Star coins can be used to purchase a variety of items in the game, so it's always good to have some on hand.
